Senior Radiographer Up To £32.00 Per Hour, Depending On Experience Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. About the Role As a Senior Radiographer at Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital, you’ll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), be registered with the HCPC, and possess a postgraduate qualification and high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, you’ll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately. Responsibilities See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy. Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – in the department, on the ward, and in theatre. Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities. Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures. Supervise and develop junior colleagues. About Wessex Hospital Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a 46-bed private hospital in West Hampshire with specialties in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women’s Health, and Spinal Surgery. The hospital features onsite Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Hydrotherapy services, with 16 consulting rooms, 46 private bedrooms, 24-hour resident doctor, four operating theatres, and an endoscopy suite.
