An established food production and distribution business in East Kent is growing its leadership team and seeking a hands-on Section Leader to support its high-volume distribution operation. As Section Leader, you'll lead a team of Multi-Skilled Operatives (MSOs) in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent service levels, operational efficiency, and strict adherence to health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support your team to meet productivity targets
  • Motivate team members in a performance-driven environment
  • Collaborate with planning and production teams to meet delivery schedules
  • Maintain high standards in health & safety and food handling
  • Act as deputy for the Distribution Shift Manager when required

  • At least 2 years in a warehouse, FMCG, or fresh produce supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
