Candidate Requirements Ideal candidates will: Have 6+ years of experience in product management or related roles at growing tech companies Be skilled in launching new functionalities and influencing go-to-market strategies Have experience with complex software applications and workflows Be capable of clear, instructive communication and independent problem-solving Key Responsibilities Guide large, innovative organizations in product development and innovation Provide responsive, framework-based customer support Assist customers from demo to subscription, navigating procurement and legal processes Share best practices for strategy, idea capture, prioritization, and roadmapping Support integration of Aha! with customer tools Gather and communicate customer feedback internally Test new product features as needed Mentor team members in demos, best practices, and integrations Benefits and Compensation We offer competitive salaries ($100,000–$170,000 in the U.S.), profit sharing, comprehensive health plans, generous paid time off, parental and care leave, education stipends, and volunteer opportunities.
