You’ll lead a team of 25 designers on major commercial and residential projects across the UK. With a hands-off approach from above, you’ll have the freedom to manage the team your way, while still having access to senior support when you need it.
Hybrid working means you’ll only need to be in the London office 3 days a week. You’ll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life insurance and all travel expenses covered.
What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of the London-based design team, shaping it with your ideas and expertise. You’ll oversee the day-to-day work of commercial and residential sprinkler designs, while also stepping in to solve any tricky problems that come up.
With a focus on work/life balance, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your time how it suits you best, and the support to keep the team performing at a high level.

- At least 10 years of sprinkler design experience, covering complex commercial systems
- Proven experience leading a team of designers
- LPCB qualifications will give you an edge, but aren’t essential
