My client in Chichester are looking to appoint a talented SAP Payroll Specialist on a Contract basis.

My client are seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Specialist to support a major HR and Payroll transformation programme involving the migration from SAP to Oracle.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £500 - £550 per day, inside IR35 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Hybrid working
  • Contract type: Contract
  • Monday to Friday

About the role:

Based in Chichester (Hybrid):

  • Analyse existing SAP configurations and business processes to define, validate, and document detailed functional requirements for Oracle HR and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to align SAP-based processes with Oracle-compatible practices.
  • Provide expert input into system configuration, integrations, reporting, and data migration logic.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Pre-Production Readiness (PPR) testing by investigating issues from a SAP perspective.

About you:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with SAP Payroll and HR modules.
  • Experience supporting or leading system migrations or HR/payroll transformation projects, preferably involving Oracle.
  • Local Authority experience is essential.
