This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge fire detection and control systems that help protect people and property across the UK and beyond.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nYou’ll be joining a skilled, collaborative engineering team where you’ll be responsible for designing and developing embedded and PC-based applications from concept to production. Working closely with hardware and production teams, you’ll contribute across the full product lifecycle, from initial design to delivery.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Bring\\n\\n * \\n\\n Solid experience with Embedded C and software development\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong knowledge of communication protocols like RS485 and TCP/IP\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proficiency with ARM-based microcontrollers (e.g.
STMicro)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Comfortable with tools like Git and Jira\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to interpret electronic schematics and understand core electronics\\n\\n * \\n\\n Self-motivated, able to work independently\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience\\n\\nBonus Points For\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience with C#, C++, .NET and Visual Studio\\n\\n * \\n\\n Background in the Fire Industry or other safety-critical sectors\\n\\n * \\n\\n GUI and database application development experience\\n\\nThis is a remote-first role with occasional UK travel to collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams.
