Lead and manage the Estate Managers, Estate Operatives and TPM team, fostering a culture of safety, reliability and continuous improvement Develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives Manage Estate maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards Manage all maintenance requests coming into the business, ensuring they are dealt with in a fast and effective manor Establish and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure quality services and materials.
