Experience in acute care is preferred; however, full training will be provided for managing critically ill and high dependency patients. The role involves delivering high-quality care, working within a multidisciplinary team, and developing your clinical skills. Key Responsibilities Manage critically ill patients effectively. Participate actively in maintaining a safe and supportive unit environment. Develop extensive knowledge of critical care nursing practices. Maintain and develop your professional and clinical skills through ongoing education and performance reviews. Contribute to evidence-based practice improvements. Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Trust policies. Maintain effective communication with patients, relatives, and colleagues. Address concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure confidentiality and accurate documentation in line with policies. Requirements Full UK Professional registration. Experience working within a UK NHS Trust. Complete UK registration/visa process.
