They have over 20 years' experience delivering critical projects to an excellent standard. They have a strong emphasis on off-site fabrication, using their strengths which lie within BIM and Digital Construction.\\n\\nThe Position \\n\\nThis client are seeking to bring in an MEP planner to their Data Centre team.

The ideal candidate would come from a GC Background and have an excellent understanding on how contractors operate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their Data Centre career with an leading organisation within the industry.\\n\\nRoles & Responsibilities\\n\\nResponsible for identifying major quantities and factors which affect the programme.\\nDevelop bid programmes to support and compliment bid submissions\\nDevelop, maintain and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects\\nPrepare and present progress reviews to senior management\\nAccount management of existing clients, building long term partnerships\\nComplete responsibility for your project and may assists others in projects as the need arises\\nLiaise with stakeholders to review progress of projects, supporting risk identification and proactive problem solving\\nCreate and sustain schedules for the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases, whilst keeping progress reporting up to date\\nDevelop and Communicate tools for the target completion of project goals\\nProvides performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action \\n\\nCould this role be for you? \\n\\nHolds previous experience working on Critical projects.\\nMust be from an MEP background.\\nPrevious Tier 1 or 2 contractor experience.\\nMust be willing to travel.
