This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile, multi-million-pound project as part of an established and highly respected construction business.\\nThe Role:\\nThe Electrical Package Lead will take full responsibility for managing the electrical installation across a large-scale commercial scheme, from early-stage design coordination through to final commissioning and handover. Working closely with the MEP Project Lead and site delivery teams, the successful candidate will ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nManage the end-to-end delivery of the electrical package on a major commercial project\\nLiaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive progress and resolve technical issues\\nEnsure all works comply with current electrical regulations and industry standards\\nCoordinate design intent with installation, ensuring alignment with programme milestones\\nOversee subcontractor performance, H&S compliance, and quality assurance\\nSupport testing, commissioning, and successful handover to the clientCandidate Profile:\\n\\nDemonstrable experience managing electrical packages on large commercial construction projects\\nBackground working with Tier One or Tier Two main contractors or reputable M&E subcontractors\\nStrong understanding of BS7671 and other applicable electrical regulations\\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills\\nRelevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering (degree, HNC/HND)\\nSMSTS, CSCS, and ideally First Aid certificationWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\nSalary from £100,000 to £110,000 per annum, plus full benefits package\\nThe chance to work on a high-profile, technically challenging project in Central London\\nLong-term career prospects with one of the UK’s top construction contractors\\nA dynamic and collaborative working environment with an experienced project team \\nIf you’re interested in this position, please reach out to Matt Dade – (url removed)
