Search are recruiting a Billing Assistant on a permanent basis for a highly reputable international law firm based in Leeds. The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week.

As a Billing Assistant, this role will be responsible for ensuring client bills are raised and managed timely and accurately. Duties will include, however are not limited to, WIP management, ensuring ledgers are maintained accurately, receiving and checking invoices, managing client invoice queries, running reports whilst looking for opportunities to improve WIP and working on ad hoc projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a billing, credit control, sales ledger or cash management background looking for a career move in an international firm.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have worked within billing, credit control, sales ledger or cash management previously
  • Have excellent attention to detail
