A Trainee Recruitment Consultant is required to join our specialist Professional Services team based in Derby.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, possess excellent organisational skills, and enjoy working towards KPIs and sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with Recruitment Consultants to source the best candidate talent in the market.
- Targeting passive candidates through headhunting.
- Developing and managing both new and existing candidate relationships.
- Maintaining and developing candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace.
- Expanding our candidate network via LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualifying them against current live roles.
- Actively sourcing candidates via our database, external job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Tailoring candidate CVs.
- Writing and refreshing adverts.
- Researching new clients and adding clients to the database.
- Increasing awareness of both the Sellick Partnership brand and your own personal brand via social media, networking, and sponsorship events.
