As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, securing and growing new business relationships with prospective clients across the UK. \\n\\nBusiness Development Manager Key Responsibilities:\\n\\nProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate travel market — from small enterprises to larger corporations \\n\\nQualify prospective clients and manage your pipeline, turning leads into secured new business relationships.\\n\\nDevelop and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records within the company’s database, ensuring a clear view of pipeline activity.\\n\\nTake ownership of the complete sales process — from initial qualification through to implementation \\n\\nPrepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, demonstrating your understanding of prospective clients’ travel needs alongside the range of services we provide.\\n\\nSupport the implementation team to enable a smooth delivery for new clients’ travel programmes.\\n\\nBusiness Development Manager Experience and Skills:\\n\\nPrevious experience in B2B sales within a corporate travel management business \\n\\nStrong commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills\\n\\nIT competency and confidence working in a technology driven environment \\n\\nFlexibility to travel and visit clients around the UK\\n\\nExperience in building long-term relationships with clients and in securing profitable new business for the company\\n\\nMotivated, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering results\\n\\nBusiness Development Manager Additional details:\\n\\nA basic salary range of £45,000 – £50,000 per year + commission\\n\\nPension + private healthcare\\n\\nFully remote with travel to visit clients and attending industry events
