We are seeking a fluent French and Dutch speaker to join a fun, friendly multilingual team as a Customer Service Advisor based in central London (2 days in the office, the rest from home). You will be supporting customers in the Benelux region with product queries, social media conversations, and all kinds of care-related communications for a much-loved household brand.
You will be the person they turn to when they need support, a bit of reassurance, or a fast solution. Whether that’s a question on Instagram, a product concern, or a curious query about nutrition - you will handle it with empathy, clarity, and a touch of personality.
Please note: You must be fluent in all three languages - French, Dutch, and English.
