The role entails: Planning and arranging international consignments according to client instructions and requirements. Demonstrating flexibility and teamwork within the site department to ensure consistent and uninterrupted service to clients and their customers. Providing excellent customer service and building relationships through phone and email communication from day one. Meeting delivery transportation requirements of the end customer. Promptly and efficiently handling enquiries and communications. Resolving issues professionally and demonstrating flexibility within the team. Working within a multifunctional team to support client solutions. Performing any other delegated tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Ideally 1-3 years of proven experience in logistics operations. Compliance with DfT/CAA legislation, including 5-year references with no gaps exceeding 28 days and a clean DBS. Knowledge of Airfreight, Sea freight, and Road freight operations (inbound, outbound, cross trade) is advantageous. Good ICT skills. Confident in presentation and client-facing communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor. Enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated. Well-organized with the ability to collaborate closely with internal departments. Flexibility to work during busy periods if required.
