We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QSHE Manager to join our Air Logistics department.
Your Role
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and improving our compliance standards, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
Your Responsibilities
- Participate in KN community activities, including personal development, required training sessions, staff briefings, and role-specific instructions.
- Deliver compliance training to colleagues and agency workers, ensuring alignment with QSHE standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site walkarounds to verify ongoing compliance with all QSHE requirements.
- Perform internal audits in your compliance area, document findings, and ensure timely resolution through TIPs or QIPs.
- Assist in managing contractors according to ‘Control of Contractors’ procedures.
- Support the Site Manager during external audits and represent the site in matters related to your compliance area.
- Drive operational improvements using Near Miss reporting, CAPA processes, TIPs, and supplier management tools.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the site.
- Ensure full understanding and adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS), including QSHE procedures, Airfreight Security protocol, and global KN policies.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Strong knowledge of QSHE standards and compliance practices.
- Experience in delivering training and conducting audits.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Food, Pharma / Healthcare, and Security standards.
- IOSH / NEBOSH qualification preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and coordinate site maintenance activities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
