Mercedes-Benz of Dartford & Bromley are seeking a friendly, organised, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Telephone Customer Support Specialist. The role involves working 40 hrs per week, with shift patterns including 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 9.30am-6.30pm, Monday to Friday. Some weekend shifts are also available, typically 1 in 6, from 8am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:As a Telephone Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and returning customers, handling phone calls with professionalism and warmth. Your communication skills will support customers with their enquiries, ensuring they receive the highest level of care from their first interaction.
