WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
You’ll join a growing platform as an Expert Associate Partner and thought leader, supporting our strategic growth in the B2B Commercial Excellence practice. Your focus will be on building GTM capabilities, understanding client issues related to sales enablement and operations, and driving business outcomes. You’ll work with a successful team that has experienced continuous growth since 2017. The role involves approximately 70%-80% client service and 20%-30% client development and capability building activities, including IP development and partnership evaluation. The position has regional and global responsibilities, collaborating with stakeholders across geographies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading workstreams and managing teams on GTM capabilities, market segmentation, sales coverage models, salesforce management, and frontline coaching
- Advising clients and building relationships with sales and operations leaders
- Identifying and prioritising client development opportunities
- Leading client presentations and developing repeatable solutions for transformations
- Supporting business development efforts and enhancing Bain’s competitiveness through diagnostics and offerings
ABOUT YOU
Must have:
- Extensive experience in Commercial Excellence, GTM strategy, sales plays, and salesforce re-engineering, with a proven track record of growth
- Operational experience in Sales Leadership or Revenue Operations within industrial or technology sectors
- Experience across industries, including industrials and technology
- An energetic, hands-on leadership style capable of delivering exceptional client work
- Familiarity with B2B revenue tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clari, Highspot
Additional advantage:
- Experience with Private Equity portfolio companies, especially in post-acquisition settings
