FourthRev is seeking an experienced and strategic Programme Success & Learner Insights Officer to spearhead innovation and ensure excellence across the learner journey for our expanding Career Accelerator portfolio. This role suits someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can effectively scale systems and services, and adopts a careers-first approach to student success. You will lead a high-performing team and be responsible for the entire learner journey—from onboarding to completion—with a focus on satisfaction, engagement, and career outcomes. Your work will influence our student support model and the broader philosophy of FourthRev's transformative education approach.

Your Mission

  • Deliver strategic leadership in designing and scaling the learner experience
  • Oversee student satisfaction and retention metrics
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and impact
  • Launch scalable models for new programmes and learner personas

What You'll Do

  • Own and Drive the Careers-First Learner Journey Strategy
  • Champion Learner Outcomes, Satisfaction, and Metrics
  • Drive Innovation and Operational Excellence in New Programme Launches
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Student Success Team
  • Manage and develop the team to deliver impactful, learner-centred experiences
  • Foster a performance-driven, outcomes-focused culture
  • Act as escalation point for complex learner cases
  • Refine and scale systems to enhance student support operations
  • Build team capability aligned with evolving models and learner needs
  • Lead delivery of learner journeys across Career Accelerators
  • Focus on onboarding, orientation, and progression strategies
  • Collaborate with Product teams to align support with programme design
  • Develop learner-facing assets, content, and engagement initiatives
  • Define and track OKRs/KPIs related to satisfaction, retention, and outcomes
  • Analyze learner data and feedback to inform improvements
  • Lead reporting and cross-functional accountability
  • Design interventions to address learner blockers
  • Oversee success strategies for new programme launches
  • Build readiness frameworks for launch and learner personas
  • Establish feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Create templates, playbooks, and scalable infrastructure for rollout

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in student success leadership within EdTech or Higher Education
  • Expertise in learner journey design, community building, and service delivery
  • Experience handling sensitive cases with confidentiality and empathy
  • Proven success in developing scalable student support systems
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
  • Confidence managing risk and ambiguity
  • Passion for student success and career outcomes

Desirable:

  • Experience with postgraduate or mid-career professionals
