PDI Technician (Pre Delivery Inspection of Vehicles) Location: Bicester The Role: What You\’ll Be Doing Final inspections: Checking each vehicle to exacting standards, ensuring it meets all quality and performance criteria. Test driving: Evaluating drivability and performance against set parameters. Quality control & documentation: Completing compliance records and ensuring every detail is perfect before sign-off. Problem-solving: Diagnosing vehicle issues, root-cause analysis, and working closely with build technicians to refine processes. Continuous improvement: Contributing to the evolution of our build and inspection processes to drive efficiency and excellence. Supporting prototype builds: Assisting in the testing and development of new, cutting-edge projects. What We\’re Looking For A background in niche, low-volume, or motorsport engineering, with a solid understanding of vehicle systems. Craftsmanship-level attention to detail: Pride in precision and quality. Experience working with bespoke assembly processes, where final fit and appearance are critical. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills: Ability to systematically break down issues and provide insightful feedback. A hands-on, team-player mindset: Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Enthusiasm and passion for automotive excellence and innovation.
