Technical Compliance Analyst - iGaming

About the role: Due to the complex and evolving nature of iGaming regulations, we seek a candidate with a global mindset and flexibility. You will need to view our products and operations from multiple perspectives: client, regulator, functional, security, operational, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of existing products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
• Identify and document compliance gaps and potential risks.
• Write business requirements based on legislation analysis, submit via the Features process, and support as needed.
• Support Delivery and Product Managers to establish compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and client-side teams, including product development, legal, and compliance, to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Document compliance features for different markets and maintain this knowledge base.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, violations, and breaches.
• Stay updated on regulatory and industry standards, advising the company on necessary adjustments.
• Provide compliance training and support to staff.
• Maintain records of compliance activities and findings.
• Work with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Contribute technical compliance information for tenders.
• Participate in audits and regulatory reviews as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming or gambling industry.
• Experience with regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and identify gaps.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Knowledge of risk management and audit processes.
• Understanding of current trends and technologies in iGaming.
