As a Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure effective management of Finished Goods stock from receipt at the 3rd Party Warehouse to Customer Distribution. Your key responsibilities include maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory by daily reconciliation between the Thornton and Ross SAP system and the 3PL warehouse, investigating discrepancies, and resolving issues to prevent recurrence.

You should have a good understanding of GDP related to Warehousing and Distribution to ensure proper storage, transportation conditions, and documentation. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Business Hubs, STADA Affiliates, Supply Chain, Customer Services, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance is essential.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Stock Monitoring and Reconciliation: Monitor stock transactions via reports and trackers, resolve anomalies efficiently, and perform root cause analysis to prevent issues.
  • Shelf-Life Management: Monitor FG inventory shelf-life, provide monthly reports, and work cross-functionally to mitigate risks.
  • Effective Communication: Liaise with stakeholders about delivery schedules, inbound logistics, and supply issues.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality team to ensure GDP compliance of freight forwarders and 3PL partners, supporting excellent customer service.
  • Procurement and Organization: Raise POs via Ariba/Cora, prioritize workload, and meet key deadlines.
  • Service Level Improvement: Aim to improve service levels annually, support key processes, and implement continuous improvements.

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and reconciliation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage workload, and think critically.
