The Position

Responsible for managing the workflow of the studio, you’ll have a steady finger on the pulse of all that’s going on - the glue that holds everything together. You’ll work closely with the teams around you to ensure resources are organised efficiently and projects are executed effectively, taking the lead to tackle challenges as and when they arise, always ready to lend a helping hand. Working with external parties too, you’ll brief clients, looking to manage and maintain partnerships to ensure maximum success, staying on the lookout for opportunities to elevate current ways of working and grow the business.

A highly proactive and confident individual with a creative streak, we’re after someone who’s no stranger to managing a busy studio. If you have any experience in the retail sector, even better! Utilising your stellar communication skills, you love working as part of a team - an excellent collaborator who is unafraid to challenge or push back when necessary and knows exactly how to stay on top of all resources, projects and clients. With experience in a branding agency environment up your sleeve already, thinking ahead will come naturally to you, as will multitasking. You’ll bring with you your self-starter attitude and impressive ability to remain calm under pressure - a real positive addition to the studio!
