You will create engaging designs that initiate conversations between people and brands. You’ll collaborate with strategists, designers, and copywriters to deliver impactful designs that meet client briefs and uphold DEPT’s design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with design and marketing trends.
  • Learn from and incorporate constructive feedback.
  • Take responsibility for flawless design output.
  • Deliver work on time and within deadlines.
  • Create small animations for digital assets and channels.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in agency or fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with digital design tools like Figma.
  • Self-driven and resourceful attitude.
  • Good eye for layout, skilled in typesetting and retouching.
  • Team-oriented with collaborative spirit.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
  • Motion and 3D experience is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible, hybrid working policy (2 days in the office, depending on location).
  • Pension, private healthcare, mental health support, and sick pay scheme.
  • 26 days paid holiday plus UK Bank Holidays.
  • Season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme.
  • Family-friendly policies for new parents.
  • Social and cultural events, guest speakers, and activities.
  • Learning and development opportunities.
  • Buddy program for onboarding support.
  • Being part of a Certified B Corp since 2021, with awards like ‘Agency of the Year’ at The Lovies and The Webby Awards.
  • Work with diverse clients across industries and sizes.
  • Opportunities for skill development, training, and certifications.
  • Global DEPT Cares Month for volunteering and charity support.
