We are seeking a motivated and passionate Chiropractor to join our multi-disciplinary team on a self-employed basis. The role involves providing high standards of care to a self-pay and private medical insured patient caseload, following established clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge.
Key Responsibilities
- Take professional responsibility as a Chiropractor, making high-level decisions, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Use a confident, consultative approach with clients to prescribe effective treatments for lasting outcomes.
- Attract and retain clients through active management and excellent service.
- Build referral relationships with external partners such as sports clubs, gyms, PTs, and consultants.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending external conferences and events.
- Communicate effectively with referring parties to ensure continuous client care.
- Proactively attract new and returning clients, including leading corporate workshops.
- Support the development of service improvements within the multidisciplinary team.
- Abide by the GCC’s Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- BSc (Hons) Chiropractic degree.
- Full registration with the GCC.
- Ability to work autonomously within clinical pathways.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in generating new business and managing a client caseload.
- Experience working in private healthcare sector.
- Over 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience.
