We are seeking a motivated and passionate Chiropractor to join our multi-disciplinary team on a self-employed basis. The role involves providing high standards of care to a self-pay and private medical insured patient caseload, following established clinical pathways from initial triage to discharge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take professional responsibility as a Chiropractor, making high-level decisions, assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Use a confident, consultative approach with clients to prescribe effective treatments for lasting outcomes.
  • Attract and retain clients through active management and excellent service.
  • Build referral relationships with external partners such as sports clubs, gyms, PTs, and consultants.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending external conferences and events.
  • Communicate effectively with referring parties to ensure continuous client care.
  • Proactively attract new and returning clients, including leading corporate workshops.
  • Support the development of service improvements within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Abide by the GCC’s Code of Members' Professional Values and Behaviour.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc (Hons) Chiropractic degree.
  • Full registration with the GCC.
  • Ability to work autonomously within clinical pathways.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in generating new business and managing a client caseload.
  • Experience working in private healthcare sector.
  • Over 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience.
