Service Desk Analyst We\’re seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our London-based IT team, supporting users across our London and Amsterdam offices. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support, manage helpdesk tickets, assist with desktop deployments, and help maintain our IT infrastructure. Support users across locations with desktop and M365 issues Deploy and maintain PCs and virtual desktops Assist with IT operations and asset management 2–3 years in a corporate IT support role (financial services a plus) ~ Familiarity with helpdesk systems and SLAs ~ Join a collaborative team where your expertise will drive smooth IT operations across borders.
