Position Details: Full Time
Duties:
- Collect required information from new Residents for admission.
- Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), if required.
- Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements:
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid LPN State license.
- Good standing with State Registry.
