Position Details: Full Time

Duties:

  • Collect required information from new Residents for admission.
  • Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
  • Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), if required.
  • Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Valid LPN State license.
  • Good standing with State Registry.
