Join Our Team as a Cooplands Bakery Team Leader! We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team at our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders are responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not around; they are truly our Store Managers’ right-hand person.
You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while ensuring our customers leave satisfied. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving our loyal customers.
