Cantor Fitzgerald’s Network Management team is seeking a Junior Network Manager to support the oversight and control of the firm’s global banking and custodial relationships. This role involves managing the external account infrastructure across the Cantor Group, which includes BGC, GFI, Newmark, and other subsidiaries. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build on their banking knowledge, develop strong professional relationships, and contribute to operational efficiency across a global financial services group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with custodians and cash banking providers, including escalation of service issues and ongoing correspondence.
  • Support the implementation of network management initiatives in collaboration with business lines, including new business setups and analytical reviews.
  • Assist in managing and producing MIS reports related to bank and custodian fees; support fee benchmarking and negotiations.
  • Engage in the implementation of Treasury software modules related to Network Management.
  • Handle external bank account management, including account openings/closures, documentation, and maintaining signatory records and account databases.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of agent bank contacts and support business-wide communication on agent or market changes.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes such as annual KYC/AML and FATCA documentation requests.
  • Monitor and escalate issues related to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key banking providers.
  • Remain alert to Conduct Risk, especially issues affecting client interests, market integrity, and fair competition.
