Temporary Data Input Administrator
Location: Inverurie, Aberdeenshire
Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM
Contract: Ongoing temporary
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour.
Are you a whizz with data and love keeping things organised? Office Angels Aberdeen is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established tech-based client. They need a detail-driven Data Input Administrator to assist with a project and this will be a temporary opportunity to join a busy and supportive team where your accuracy and admin skills will truly shine. Due to our client's location, this assignment is best suited to candidates with their own transport.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Accurately input and update data into internal systems and databases.
- Support the wider administrative team with general office duties.
- Consult with internal departments to ensure smooth data flow and communication.
- Transferring historical data into the new system database.
- Maintain and manage digital and paper records.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and data management systems.
- Great organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and prioritise daily tasks.
