  • a strong track record in project and/or programme management across the full lifecycle
  • a current project management qualification with a degree or equivalent experience
  • experience working in or with a PMO, embedding governance, risk and assurance practices
  • proven ability to deliver change programmes that impact large groups of staff or customers
  • excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including senior leaders and political environments
  • strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
  • a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • knowledge of public services and the transformation challenges they face.
