RGB Network are working with a fire & security specialist company seeking a fire alarm service manager to join their growing team. To lead our service team responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing fire alarm, intrusion detection, CCTV, access control, and integrated life safety systems. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and customer service, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
About The Role
You will be working directly with the fire / security director and head of services to assist with managing their engineering team.
Salary Package:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fire alarm and security service department.
- Supervise and support field service technicians, ensuring work quality, compliance, and safety standards are met.
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of service calls, inspections, testing, and emergency responses.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance for fire alarm and security systems, including intrusion alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NFPA, NEC, IBC, UL, and other relevant codes and standards.
- Interface with customers to resolve issues, review performance, and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and installation teams for smooth transitions between installation and service phases.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, technician productivity, and service ticket resolution times.
- Maintain inventory levels, order parts, and manage tools and equipment for field staff.
- Ensure all documentation, reports, and compliance records are accurate and submitted on time.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members.
