We are partnering with a well-known FMCG company that owns a portfolio of established consumer brands across personal care, household, and beauty sectors. As they invest in digital transformation, they are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to lead digital activation for various high-street brands, including paid media, influencer marketing, organic social media, and digital shelf content.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing top-tier digital activation aligned with brand and business strategies, enhancing brand visibility and performance across key platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading paid media and influencer campaigns for selected brands
- Managing digital shelf content and enhancing online presence
- Creating monthly organic social media calendars and content
- Analyzing performance data and reporting on KPIs
- Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager with planning, budgeting, and agency coordination
- Implementing test-and-learn initiatives to optimize channel performance

- Experience in digital marketing within FMCG or related consumer sectors
- Proven success in managing campaigns across paid, organic, and influencer channels
