About Real Life Christian Academy: Real Life Christian Academy is expanding and is seeking additional coaches for the 2025-2026 school year. RLCA staff are responsible for helping students learn the attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians. Our coaches are dedicated to fostering athletic growth while nurturing students’ character and faith.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement practice plans to meet athletic standards and foster skill development.
- Encourage a positive and supportive team environment.
- Develop athletes at various skill levels, from beginners to seasoned players.
- Maintain communication with students, parents, and staff regarding practices, games, and expectations.
- Uphold RLCA’s values by serving as a positive Christian role model.
- Demonstrate a growing Christian walk and a genuine love for students.
- Exhibit a positive, can-do, and team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience preferred, especially in soccer.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
