Head of Global Technical - Species

As the Head of Global Technical at AB Vista, you will lead and coordinate the company’s global technical team, driving the development and execution of agile technical strategies that support sales and meet evolving market demands. You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse team of technical managers across multiple species and regions, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering collaboration within the wider AB Vista technical community. This senior role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial insight, and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions and accelerate project implementation worldwide. Based in a dynamic international environment, you will play a key role in shaping the future of AB Agri’s technical capabilities and market success.

Some key responsibilities will include:

• Agree and deliver effective strategies for the global technical team to support the AB Vista sales and technical teams.
• Agree, produce and review all global technical resources to support sales and technical teams.
• Implement relevant and cost-effective technical solutions and opportunities to deliver poultry sales.
• Prepare and review technical presentations, carrying out technical training and supporting future business growth.
• Accountable for all customer trials carried out by AB Vista.

Requires strong technical and commercial knowledge, ideally supported by a Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition, though not mandatory with sufficient expertise. Minimum five years' experience in feed additives and enzymes within the animal feed industry, with feed additive business experience essential. Fluency in English mandatory, a second language essential, and a third language desirable. Experience in animal production across species and leadership of global technical teams with significant customer interaction.
