As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a consultative and driven Business Development Manager to bring our talent solutions to market and build lasting partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing: Sell a full suite of recruitment solutions: RPO, MSP, SOW, RaaS, and project-based hiring. Develop strategic relationships with HR, TA, procurement, and business leaders. Lead client discovery sessions to uncover hiring needs and workforce pain points. Design and present tailored talent strategies and pricing proposals. Manage bids and negotiate contracts in collaboration with our operational teams. Build a robust pipeline through networking, outbound outreach, and industry events. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to offer cutting-edge solutions. What You Bring: Proven experience in selling and winning talent solutions (RTD, RPO, MSP, SOW, RaaS). Background in recruitment or RPO and workforce solutions. Strong commercial acumen and ability to shape bespoke workforce strategies. Experience engaging with mid-market or enterprise clients. Excellent understanding of recruitment delivery cycles and contract frameworks. Consideration will be given to applicants with experience working within RPO/MSP environments looking to transition to business development. Nice to Have: Sector expertise in finance, insurance, engineering, life sciences, renewable energy, or tech. Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and workforce tech tools.
