KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To provide technical guidance and support to on-line managers, marketers, promotion manager and webapps productive people.
- Web/WAS software installation, configuration & change management.
- Release/Update program and build process to production and troubleshoot-out.
- Manage websites information and generate periodic reports.
KEY LIAISONS:
- IT managers and staff in the affiliates of UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and CIS.
- Data Centre managers and staff
- Helpdesk
- Third party engineers
- Authorised suppliers
EDUCATION:
- Degree (BSC Hons) or equivalent & relevant experience in a similar role
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Korean speaking (Mandatory)
- Experience in IIS, .NET, ASP, PHP, MS-SQL, Windows OS
- Experience in Apache, Tomcat, JVM, MySQL, LINUX beneficial
- Experience in Website development beneficial
- Experience in Security administration
- Experience in Docker, Container and Kubernetes
- Experience in Devops, CI/CD including Jenkins and build process knowledge
- Knowledge of database, applications, and web server design, implementation
- Understanding of Firewall technology
- Understanding of TCP/IP and related protocols
- Network basic knowledge or experience
- Must hold a full driving license and have own car for possible Emergency call outs
- Must be eligible to work in the UK or hold a valid work permit
- Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels
- Self-started, able to work under own initiative and proven ability to work
