Job Summary
The Beauty Works Concession Sales Executive is responsible for driving the day-to-day running of the Beauty Works counter by driving the sales of products and services and to developing brand awareness by engaging with customers and driving brand loyalty. The successful candidate will ensure that the company standards and customer services are always maintained to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty, customer and brand enthusiasm with personal presentation being maintained at all times.
Role Outline & responsibilities
- Pro-actively drive sales and ensure that targets and KPIs are met and strive to exceed these
- Ensure the visual and commercial presentation of the retail concession is always maintained to the highest of standard and aligned to the marketing vision
- Maintain high standards of stock replenishment and ensure all items are on display and correctly priced, working with RM on forward demand stock needs
- Prepare and submit timely, accurate and complete reporting as requested by Beauty Works & store management
- Build and maintain relationships with external brands and stores to drive and maximise marketing and eventing opportunities
- Attend all regional and company-wide training, conferences and conference calls
- Ensure full compliance regarding till operation, refunds, and cash control, complying to host store regulations and rules
- Promote a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful workplace and following the stores and Beauty Works procedures

Requirements
- Excel proficient
- Experience in Premium Retail/Beauty Halls
- Customer service experience
- Right to work in the location advertised
- Ability to travel when required (e.g. training, company events, etc.)
