The Role As the UX/UI Designer at WHG, you will be an integral part of our product team. Your key focus will be designing a new customer panel, which will be the core of our unique selling proposition (USP). This is a critical product for the business, and you will work directly with our front-end developers to bring it to life. Your role will be key in product design, where you will leverage your skills to create intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interface that enhance the overall product experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of our new hosting customer panel, from initial concept through to final implementation. Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user research and product requirements into intuitive, functional designs. Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, iterating based on user feedback and testing. Conduct usability studies to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience. Ensure that all design work aligns with WHG’s brand identity and supports our marketing efforts. What You’ll Need: At least 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on product design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision. Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create user-centric, visually compelling designs. Experience in both UX and UI, with the ability to work closely with front-end developers on critical product designs. Must be available to commute to the office once or twice a week.
