We’re looking for a passionate Global Product Marketing Manager to help launch Deliveroo’s Plus strategy across International markets. A key company mission is to become a Plus-first business and this role will be central to ensuring the success of this objective. You’ll be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy and execution for launching new products and features in international markets. It’s a fast paced, data driven and highly cross functional business, so you’ll need to be creative in your approach, commercially savvy and highly collaborative. This role will report directly into the Director for Deliveroo Plus and will work under a hybrid model, 3 days a week from our London HQ and working from home. Please note, this is a 6 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define the end to end go-to-market Plus strategy for new product launches
  • Lead on the management of customer journeys in CRM, in collaboration with the central CRM team and local markets.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Identify and engage with key GTM functions which are required to take our product to market, including Legal, Customer Care, Product and Marketing.
  • Oversee implementation and delivery of launch, including management cross-functional teams to ensure we hit our target launch dates
  • Monitor, analyse and share post launch performance, providing regular updates and insights to the Loyalty team, local market teams, partners and wider business.

  • Experience working in a matrixed organisations, ideally global
  • Experience working with product and insights teams
  • Skilled in leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Go-getter attitude with a metric driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, an optimist; someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
