Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEMH needs.
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEMH.
- Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress and needs.
- Stay informed about current best practices and developments in SEMH education.
