This is a well invested, stable, food manufacturing business, who are looking for a HR Advisor for a fantastic business.

Overview of role

Purpose: To support the HR Business Partner in providing a proactive, effective and professional HR service to the site and all its internal customers. Ensuring the site adheres to Group driven Policies, procedures, initiatives and statutory legislation whilst developing and maintaining good employee relations. Support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of all aspects of Group driven Human Resource Management including employee reward, relations, development and resourcing including recruitment and selection on site.

  • General
  • Carry out other duties that may reasonably be required as requested by HR Business Partner.
  • Any other HR admin, reports, project work and filing as requested.
  • Step up and support with delegated areas of the HRBP role activity in times of absence.
