Associate Attorney

Williams Elliott & Cohn, LLC is seeking to fill an associate position. The firm handles insurance litigation involving automobile accidents, fire losses, and product liability matters from the plaintiff’s side throughout Alabama. Responsibilities: Handle insurance litigation cases effectively. Communicate with clients and other parties involved in litigation. Prepare legal documents and ensure timely filing. Conduct legal research and analysis. Qualifications: Alabama-barred attorney with 0-2 years of experience. A motivated, self-starter who wants to join the team for the long term. Must possess common sense, excellent communication, and writing skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to travel as required.
