Reasons to Apply: Free Training – This is a fully funded hybrid training programme, so we cover the cost of your training, but you will need to support yourself financially during your 9-week training academy. Xander Talent equips you with essential technical and soft skills for the workplace, such as resilience, curiosity, stakeholder, and project management. Client Placement – With our support, you will work as a Consultant on a placement matched with our clients who are corporate/Big4/Tier 1 International Businesses. Our Client Placements are London-based – you will not be required to travel/relocate outside of Greater London. What we are looking for: You don’t have to have a degree, but if not, you will come from a STEM background, have relevant commercial experience, and/or have attended a programming bootcamp. You will have a passion for technology, with strong experience in a programming language, such as: Python, Scala, SQL, Cloud (AWS/GCP), PowerBI/Tableau. You will be proactive in learning new technologies and their practical applications. You will have an interest in learning how to communicate and present technical projects to clients . You will be someone who has a strong attention to detail and high accuracy and resilience . Resilience while learning Quantexa is key as it can be challenging and you need to be self-motivated. The End Result: Upskilled – You will be an upskilled and qualified Quantexa Engineer. Client Ready – You will be equipped with the capabilities to be an exceptional Consultant. Industry Experience – You will gain commercial experience and add additional projects to your portfolio.
