My client is seeking a dynamic individual to own the digital sales engine for their fast-growing telecoms business. I'm working with an innovative telco who are looking for a commercially-minded digital sales leader to drive their online revenue performance across web, affiliate, and partner channels. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the complete customer journey from first click to checkout conversion. The added bonus? You will have a genuine impact on people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll transform their digital sales funnel and own end-to-end performance across their fibre and wireless broadband products.
- As the commercial brain behind their online strategy, you’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing team to turn traffic into revenue.
Your Mission:
- Drive conversion rate optimisation across their entire digital estate
- Own pipeline forecasting and revenue delivery for online channels
- Champion mobile-first experiences that convert browsers into buyers
- Maximise attach rates for value-added services and premium tiers
- Build personalised customer journeys based on location and traffic source
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to deliver seamless upsell opportunities
What Success Looks Like
- Growing digital sales volume and revenue contribution
- Improving conversion rates across all traffic sources
- Reducing funnel drop-offs (especially mobile)
- Shifting customers toward higher-value service tiers
- Boosting attach rates for additional services
- Delivering industry-leading customer satisfaction scores
Telco experience would be brilliant, however if you’ve worked in another subscription sector that is absolutely fine, it’s about finding the right person/skill-set. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 5+ years experience in digital sales/ecommerce to really shape something special and grow organically with the role. You will also have expert-level conversion optimisation and A/B testing experience, have strong commercial instincts and a deep understanding of online buyer behaviour. You will work closely with board level stakeholders, wider marketing and sales teams in a collaborative, but incredibly driven environment.
