The DAC Administrator will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing prescription chasing and processing within a designated territory. Based at the Newark office, the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless and professional service experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process prescriptions for a specific customer territory
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure satisfaction at all times

  • Support colleagues with prescription-related tasks as needed
  • Identify training needs and participate in continuous development
