The DAC Administrator will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing prescription chasing and processing within a designated territory. Based at the Newark office, the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless and professional service experience. This position requires someone with a strong commercial mindset, a proven ability to manage their own workload, and a passion for achieving targets while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process prescriptions for a specific customer territory
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure satisfaction at all times
- Analyse individual performance using KPI data and implement strategies for improvement
- Support colleagues with prescription-related tasks as needed
- Identify training needs and participate in continuous development
- Maintain high levels of ethics and integrity in all service delivery
