How will you contribute?
- Management and planning of Perpetual Inventory to ensure that the systems operation runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Creation of systems driven management reports and report writing within the WMS - SAP Globe, eWM, Manhattan, ASRS - MCS Swisslog.
- Maintenance of the Warehouse Management System to retain high levels of service.
- Management of the site's and the network's system's housekeeping, liability, and integrity.
- Management of teams across different departments, to make sure the correct skill and knowledge are in place.
- To identify possible problems and seek suitable solutions that are both cost-effective and timely.
- Design and implement re-engineering projects without affecting store availability.
- Advise management of problems and shutdowns which may affect operational performance.
- Control the site stock levels and manage the site occupancy across all contracts.
- Manage and control the flow of stock into outside storage, if/when required.
- Make sure the network stock listing is controlled, and the right stock is transferred around the network.
- Work with the customer on network and site projects, new system platforms, changes to existing platforms.
- Coach and promote CI within your team and site.
- Collating and providing statistical system information in several formats to meet the business needs.
- Maintenance of warehouse layout and pick-face layout to ensure most efficient processes are being followed.
- Weekly and monthly presentations to client.

- Experience in a similar role is required.

- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate and influence in an open and honest manner with colleagues at all levels.
- Must be able to demonstrate the commitment, enthusiasm, and flexibility to change management and influence site culture.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
- Experience of SAP Globe, Manhattan essential.
