About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to join our team delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. You will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs. As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you will contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. Requirements

  • Must-Have: Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards it.
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or similar).
  • Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics.
  • Provide evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Nice-to-Have: Evidence of effective teaching/training of a diverse profile of people in a range of relevant disciplines.
  • Experience of assessing the technical skills of mechanics within a teaching/training environment.
