We’re excited to be partnering with a leading international law firm in their search for a Risk & Compliance Officer to join their highly respected London-based team. With over 700 lawyers operating across six continents, this firm offers the perfect balance of international reach and local collaboration. Working closely with experienced professionals across the Risk Legal, Business Acceptance, and Conflicts teams, you’ll be involved in a broad range of compliance activities. From onboarding new clients and conducting anti-money laundering (AML) checks, to reviewing terms of engagement and supporting internal audits, your role will be key to ensuring the firm’s regulatory obligations are met and exceeded.
You’ll also get hands-on exposure to the firm's Business Intake system (IntApp), be involved in running conflict checks, help manage insider lists and information barriers, and play a part in firmwide training and best-practice initiatives.

- At least 2 years’ experience in a compliance role within a regulated environment - law firm experience preferred
- A law degree or GDL qualification
- A working knowledge of AML regulations and KYC procedures
- Sharp attention to detail and the confidence to manage confidential matters discreetly
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
