We are hiring multiple Test Analysts to join an ongoing, multi-year Quality Assurance transformation programme with a major client. You will work as part of embedded QA Pods delivering within a SAFe Agile framework across concurrent releases.
In this role, you will be a visible and active contributor—executing manual tests across functional, regression and UAT phases. You will ensure robust traceability between business requirements and delivery outcomes while driving defect resolution and test coverage. This is not a "click-through-the-script" position—you will be empowered to own test execution, reporting and documentation, supporting your team to achieve the highest QA standards.
What you'll do:
- Execute functional, regression and UAT test cases across web and API layers
- Log, retest and close defects to agreed SLAs using Jira / Xray
- Capture test evidence and validate data flows with strong attention to traceability
- Contribute to QA planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and reporting sessions
- Support Test Leads with status updates, environment readiness checks and test documentation
- Deliver clear and reusable test artefacts that stand up to audit and re-use
What you'll bring:
- Strong experience as a hands-on QA Analyst / Test Analyst
- Experience executing tests across web, API, data and back-office systems
- Proven ability to track and trace requirements through to delivery and sign-off
- Excellent defect management and reporting skills
- Good communicator—updates progress, raises blockers and flags risks proactively
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery environments
